About Ashley Wartenberg
I first knew I wanted to go into health care when my Grandmother had to be put on hospice in our home. Ever since then I’ve been carrying for the sick, elderly, & mentally ill. I started my journey at Pine View Care Center as a CNA. I was there for a year and then started working at Delnor Hospital; which is a part of Northwestern Medicine on a Med Surg unit for 2.5 years & gained many beneficial skills there. I also met some pretty amazing patients that I will never forget. I currently still work for Northwestern Medicine but in a Occupational health office. A few things I like to do in my free time is spend time with my family, go hiking/be outdoors, & to go places I’ve never been before. I’m excited to see what the future holds.
