About Ashley Wick

Ashley Wick is a transformational leadership coach working with high-performing female entrepreneurs in fashion, media, and design. She is most passionate about creating conscious leaders and corporate cultures, from the inside out. Ashley is a professional certified coach (PCC), the founder of her namesake coaching business, WICK AND Co, and co-creator of the Take The Leap and InGENIUS Life workshop series’. Through her coaching programs, Ashley’s clients take exciting leaps that give them access to untapped potential, possibility and greater visibility. Prior to becoming a coach, Ashley began her career at Vogue and provided communications and brand strategy services to globally recognized companies including Diane von Furstenberg, Anya Hindmarch, IMG and the International Trade Commission. Her strong understanding of public relations gives Ashley unique insight into the challenges of building a business and informs her belief that “internal communication” - how we talk to ourselves and our colleagues - is critical to our success. Ashley is originally from San Francisco and spent 13 years in New York City before moving to Boulder, Colorado.
