About Ashley Zimlich

I am an adaptive worker with a passion for minimizing tribal knowledge and optimizing for consistency and efficiency. I have found a passion for fully immersing myself into multiple projects by building a strong team to make thoughtful and impactful changes. I’ve received recognition for my ability to ‘scope-out’ and prioritize the inputs to most impactful to the final outcome. I pride myself on organization and especially my personal task management process which allows me to easily track progress and provide quick team updates. For my early career development I chose contract work. I found that contract work has created opportunities to work under many titles in a short period and has given me a breath of knowledge to draw on. Now, I am looking for a permanent position as a process engineer, where I can work on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and innovation.
