Guest speaker at the Illinois Credit Union League Annual Convention in 2016 for Credit Card portfolio growth and Balance Transfer marketing. 1st Place Winner at CSCU for Exceptional Marketing Ideas in Small Assets in 2016. 2019 I successfully accomplished achieving net income growth for a struggling small asset credit union. Experienced in annual strategic planning involving portfolio growth and development as well as analyzing promotions and marketing while monitoring and tracking financial industry trends to continue staying in the competitive market. Have experience as a prior Collections Manager with knowledge in delinquency, classifications, charge offs, repossessions, bankruptcy and payment solutions. Was a Visa Card Services Manager with knowledge in all Credit & Debit Cards functions, Mobile Pays, Tokenization, and EMV Technology.
