Experienced specialist project coordinator in fire protection with a strong background in strategic planning for job setup and operation. With a degree in Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Leicester I am proficient in data handling, analysis, and presentation. During my university years, I served as a peer mentor, providing guidance and support to fellow students, while developing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have since built on this in practise by leading teams of hospitality agents at various events around England. As a full-time hospitality manager, I excelled in diverse environments, managing operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Notable achievements include designing and implementing an engaging axe throwing activity, training staff to conduct sessions, and facilitating bar and floor staff training. Currently, I am expanding my skill set by learning Python for data analysis, leveraging its power to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
