I've really enjoyed the past 3 years learning and growing with Spherion. As a leader in the Skilled Trades & Industrial Management (STIM) space, I specialize in roles across skilled trades, industrial management, engineering, and operations. I don’t just match resumes to job descriptions—I listen closely, ask the right questions, and dig deep to align the right people with the right teams. I also actively source my own direct hire opportunities, allowing me to stay closely connected to both sides of the hiring conversation. Outside of work, I’m a mom and wife, and most of my time is spent with my family. I thrive in the organized chaos of everyday life, and I bring that same energy and adaptability into my professional world. I’m also someone who appreciates a good laugh, a quiet recharge moment, and the satisfaction of helping people land in the right place.
