I am a results-driven Supply Chain professional with over a decade of experience spanning manufacturing, forecasting, inventory control, and analytics. Starting my career on the plant floor and working my way up through operations, I’ve built a well-rounded perspective of how supply chains function at every level, and that experience that now fuels my leadership approach. Currently, I serve as Inventory Control Supervisor at ANA Inc, where I lead inventory control and shipping and receiving. My focus is on driving accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth material flow and operational excellence. Prior to this, I advanced through multiple roles at Tarkett, developing expertise in ERP systems, forecasting, Power BI dashboards, and supply chain planning. I’m also completing my Master of Science in Supply Chain Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I’m deepening my knowledge in global sourcing, logistics, strategy, and advanced data modeling. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge strategy with execution, translating data into decisions, coaching teams to own their processes, and creating systems that scale.
