About Ashlyn Abbott

As an Account Manager at Kaseya, I manage strategic relationships with key client accounts and help them grow their businesses through cross-selling and upselling motions. I collaborate with specialists, sales engineers, and internal partners, including upper management, to ensure technical and business needs are consistently met. I also stay up to date on product features to convey general technical capabilities for each solution within our 42-product stack. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, where I majored in Strategic Management and Information Systems. I have a passion for project management and leadership, which I developed through my previous roles at Dialectica, a global expert network firm. I worked with the world’s leading investment, consulting, and corporate strategy clients, helping them make well-informed decisions and reduce risk while saving valuable time and money. I also played a key role in expanding our client base in the Pacific Market and managing a unit of three associates. I enjoy building client relationships, leading and motivating others, and continuously learning every day. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
