As a Global Communications Co-Lead and a Strategic Support Consultant at LinkedIn, I deliver excellent experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. I oversee the global communications of the Black Inclusion Group, one of the largest employee resource groups at LinkedIn, ensuring that the group's constituents have visibility into the diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives and programming at the global level. I also provide dedicated support to some of our larger enterprise customers, helping them to utilize our solutions and tools to meet their hiring objectives.I have also worked in the non-profit sector and the credit union industry, where I honed my interpersonal, accuracy, and process skills.
