With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality, I have developed a unique skill set that allows me to effectively lead and support my team members. My career journey has taken me through various roles with in the industry, giving me a diverse perspective and the ability to adapt to any situation. As an area manager, my main goal is to drive growth and exceed targets while also ensuring a positive and supportive work environment for my team. I strongly believe that a happy and motivated team leads to better results and I strive to create that atmosphere wherever I go. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a firm believer in continuous learning and personal development. I am always on the lookout for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills, whether it be through workshops, courses, or networking events. Outside of work, you can find me exploring new cafes and restaurants, training, or spending time with my family and friends. I am also an avid traveler and love to immerse myself in different cultures and experiences.
