An accomplished and results driven IT professional leader with 18+ years of leadership, primarily focused on Merchandising Solutions, Point of Sale(POS, SupplyChain, Pricing and Promotions, and e-commerce platforms in Cloud and Big Data technologies providing solutions for Competitive Pricing Intelligence, Markdown Optimization, Seasonal Pricing and Promotions. I have acquired extensive knowledge from my experience of working and leading projects for Core Retail: US, Canada, to lead the complete transformation from legacy systems to SAP, and lead the Data Migration strategy for merchandising (Article, Vendor and the EDI Documents). This product helped the company to streamline the merchandising, supply chain, stores and the financial processes in one ERP system. I have led multiple initiatives for the Merchandising System Remodel for Core Retail-USA in Vendor Management, Market/DC’s Realignment (Transload/2Tier), Supplier Onboarding, and Partner Center to transform the legacy systems and re-platform using service-oriented architecture and building new interfaces, following Agile methodology. Prior to Accenture USA, I worked for HOME DEPOT U.SA, Birlasoft Inc. for clients like GE power systems, Enermetrix energy, Pedestal Inc.
