Present: Started own startup "SpeelYaal" in Belgium and developing Horizontal SaaS Platforms on top of cutting edge technology trends. Worked on the crucial projects of Aperam as part of the Major Transformation Programs. As IT Architect for Reliability and Innovation at Aperam, Involved primarily in implementing cloud first strategy, application integration architecture, IoT Data Acquisition strategy, MES architecture, DevOps strategy definition for Aperam. Handled the Platform, Applications and Analytics team of MachinePulse(a Subsidiary of Mahindra susten), an IoT company. I was the Architect, techno-people manager for MachinePulse's flagship platform (SolarPulse). As a techno-manager, Handled the architecture, end-to-end design, development and delivery of platform and applications offerings at MachinePulse. As an Executive Committee Member, I was part of core team of MachinePulse and making strategic decisions for MachinePulse in every area such as Recruitment, Planning, Product Roadmap, Business Development, Budgeting etc, Since I served mixed type of companies starting from IT Service Giants to startups, I have combined experience of Techno, commercial, business development and people management. Worked as a BigData professional for almost 4 years. Having design and development experience on Big Data frameworks(Hadoop, Apache Spark), Graph processing frameworks. Being in a start-up, Handling End-to-End Design, Development and Deployment of Application which includes, BigData Solution Design and Development, Data Visualization using libraries like D3.js, Cloud Deployment etc, Having experience in Designing and Developing EnterpriseSearch applications. Having knowledge and experience in multiple Search tools(Solr, Endeca IAP, FAST ESP) Apart from Big Data and Search, Having experience and knowledge in Java, Spring and.NET applications design and development.
