The foundation of my career has been built on the building blocks of my various experiences, that have led to the versatile, well rounded professional that I am today. I have 14+ years of experience in various finance verticals Finalisation of Accounts (Book Closing) MIS & Planning Finance transformation & Robotic Process Automation(RPA) & Business Finance AR AP Budgeting Taxation Sector Exposure: Manufacturing, Service, Banking, Agriculture, Construction & Real Estate, Telecommunication, Handicraft Over the years, I have gained proven experience in providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met. Through robotic process automation and finance transformation, I have ensured process improvements within organisation. Moreover, I have hands on experience in Financial Accounting, Taxation (GST), Auditing, Costing & Budgeting etc. I have proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently & accurately under pressure while meeting tight deadline schedules. As a multi-tasker, every year new verticals were added to my profile, this exposure really helped me to work in multi-disciplinary roles-Career Pinnacles- Assisted approx. 600 vendors for GST compliances Real time receipt generation in ERP which controlled on unidentified credits Efficiently handled accounting of expenses and revenues. Interacted with Clients for obtaining Bank Guarantee or LC for better credit control. Managed the accounting of all contracts in the books and completed the revenue recognition as per IFRS GAAP So far, I have groomed new leaders, created top-performance culture and minimised excess employee turnover while leading a team of 50+ people with 25+ direct-reports.
