As the Manager MEP design at Red Sea International Company - RSI, I ensure the management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures, and the Design Management Plan. I have over 19 years of experience in the UAE in the field of electrical design engineering, project management, liaison and coordination, and team leadership. I am certified in Pearl Building Rating System, PQP issued by Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, Estidama, and Electricity Wiring Regulations (Third Edition) issued by Regulation and Supervision Bureau, Abu dhabi, UAE. I have successfully completed various projects in commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings, villas, schools, colleges, prefab, modular, and e-house construction, as per project specification and standards, BS7671 Wiring Regulations, ADDC, DEWA, CIBSE. I am proficient in designing indoor, outdoor, and preparing lighting layout by using various lighting design software like DIALux Evo9.2. I also provide technical inputs and engineering support to the team from conception to completion of the project, and interact with client representatives, contractors, and authorities during technical reviews, project reviews, and progress meetings. My core competencies include developing the conceptual design, reviewing engineering changes, resolving quality issues, conducting project planning, effort estimation, and work allocation, preparing project documents, tender documents, design change claims, and responses to RFIs and tender queries.
