During my final semester at Shirakatsy Lyceum, I took on an exciting challenge—an internship at Smoking Cheff—where I gained valuable experience in the culinary industry and learned about the restaurant’s processes for half a year. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Business at the American University of Armenia. In addition to my academic studies, I am working as a customer support specialist at Inecobank, where I am gaining banking experience and assisting customers with various issues. As a customer support specialist, I interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique needs and concerns. To provide accurate and beneficial information, I must be knowledgeable about the all of the bank’s processes and procedures. Maintaining a positive attitude and being receptive to different viewpoints is essential in this role. By presenting my perspective from various angles, I can assist customers in finding the solutions they seek and ensuring their satisfaction.
