I am a motivated and teamwork-oriented Data Analyst with over 8 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) across various humanitarian organizations and associations. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a second Master's degree in Technology Management, which underpin my ability to enhance comprehension of reports and presentations. Currently, I serve as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at the UN World Food Programme. In this role, I ensure that monitoring, review, and evaluation plans are regularly updated and compliant with corporate standards. My responsibilities include building the M&E capacity of staff and partners through training and information sharing, drafting regular monitoring reports, and conducting statistical analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. My previous roles at the Norwegian Refugee Council and Jesuit Refugee Service involved implementing M&E frameworks, ensuring data quality, and preparing detailed reports on project outcomes and impacts.
