About Ashraf Dabie

After working largely with consumer and corporate brands, I made a bold move to health care public relations, where I now support companies in their work with patient advocacy, expanding research and increasing access to treatment for chronic and rare diseases. ​ As a former journalist, I bring a background in storytelling as well as an in-depth understanding of the Canadian media landscape, with notable experience in earned and paid media. I am also adept in leveraging social media to establish thought leadership, generate awareness and build brand trust. Additionally, I am a strong believer in the power of influencer marketing to reach and engage with different audiences. ​ As someone who enjoys strategy development, project management and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive results, I thrive in fast-paced environments, especially ones that allow me to tap into my creativity, take on new responsibilities and constantly learn and grow. For these reasons, working at a public relations agency is where I belong.
