Currently directing a 150-person service organization that delivers on $55million in service revenue supporting upwards of $250 in hardware sales annually. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer and President of Profesional Services, working closely with him, to design and enforce policies and strategies that ensure our service offerings are consistently delivered, with high-quality results.
