Fully conversant with Design, Estimation and Installation of HVAC systems. Reviewing Contract/Subcontract documents such as consultant specifications, design drawings, bill of quantities, instructions to tenders, variations, day works etc… Providing assistance and input in ensuring that all briefs, designs, contract specifications, schedules, budgets and other related documents are in compliance with client objectives. Review, manage and control material submittals, technical submittals and work drawings in the line with contract documents for onward submission to the consultants. Cost control function in the project management mainly in the material. Liaising with Client /Consultant /Service Authorities and assisting purchase department in various items, procurement and finalizing deals. Reviewing cost analysis to control and maintain the material and preliminaries. Attending coordination meetings, project review meetings with consultant /client, interface meeting and progress meetings.
