My job allows me to do a variety of things, I focus mainly on coaching my team, but I also have the opportunity to enhance internal processes, create achievement enablement tools and build a success from the ground up. I believe work ethics is a talent and I believe there is a smart way to work hard that is more important than the amount of hours you are in the office a day. Passion, focus, intensity, steadfastness, curiosity, impatience (when necessary) and being fiercely loyal are all characteristics that have enabled me to achieve success inside and outside of the office. I am proud to work in an industry that strives to help patients live the best possible quality life. No matter how you look at it but nothing is more inspiring than hearing a positive feedback from your customers and your team. After earning my degree as a medical doctor, I practiced internal medicine, clinical oncology and anesthesia then decided to shift my career towards the pharmaceutical business. Now, I've been working in the field of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and business management for the past 25 years. I have gained my experience by working with leading multinational pharmaceutical companies with representations in Egypt, Saudi, UAE & Gulf countries, In addition to the thorough understanding of these markets, I have special experience in the therapeutic areas of biological treatments, Organ Tx, Oncology, CNS, Urology, Anticoagulants, Antibiotics, Respiratory, anesthesia & OTC products. Working in the Gulf Countries helped me to learn, practice & excel in living the matrix mindset via leading 7 countries with different teams and functions. Holding MBA degree helped me to better utilize my marketing capabilities & experience toward achieving my job goals.
