I am a highly self-motivated individual with a very keen interest in customer support and corporate security. I hold a SIA Door Supervision qualification as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Customer Services which enables me to complete my current role as Corporate Receptionist. I thoroughly enjoy working as part of a team to meet targets and able to work on my own initiative. I always aim to perform and deliver to an exceptional standard which I have been praised for highly. I am a confident communicator and able to deal with daily and unforeseen challenges faced by customers and business operations. Having a service orientated work ethic, I handle challenging enquiries and complaints as part of my daily tasks. I thrive from working under pressure and challenging circumstances, I am looking to apply my broad experience and CRM skills within a support service role, or my entensive corporate security experience in a corporate setting. I have an extensive front line customer service experience which I have gained skills to be able to handle incidents, requests and coordinating resources to oversee the journey of a task. I have developed sound communication skills, built rapport with clients, and attended to their specific requirements. With the completion of a Human Resources Management course, I can process management tools to deliver quality customer service. Therefore, I seek a new role in customer service or in a corporate customer facing role to further enhance my skills and develop in my career.
