I am also proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and other software tools that enhance my efficiency and accuracy. For over three years, I have been working as a Sports Specialist and Assistant Manager at Source for Sports, a leading sports retailer in Canada. I have applied my expertise in baseball and other sports to assist customers and sell sports inventory, as well as managing teams, overseeing daily operations, and providing guidance and training to new staff. I have also demonstrated my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills by handling multiple responsibilities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, my background as a semi-professional baseball player has instilled in me a deep appreciation for discipline, excellence, and the pursuit of continuous improvement.
