About Ashton Kaley

I am an Arizona State University Alumni with interests in XR based solutions, entrepreneurship, AI, software based solutions, and human centered design. I also have experience as a student process engineer (Inte)l, where I learned what working with Big Data truly means. This opportunity taught me the importance of reliable and efficient software tools, as I worked with various teams to develop Reports to showcase data in a manageable format for ease of viewing and understanding. I also developed software tools that required the utilization of multiple systems / software languages to perform certain tasks. All the while interacting with my end-users / customers to ensure that everything was designed to their specifications, as well as utilizing the basis of human centered design and human computer interaction to guarantee ease of software use. I have found that I perform best by taking on projects that require me to work with new topics/tools. This is because I find the early stages of learning a new tool / researching a topic to be particularly exciting since it provides a great avenue for up-skilling myself while at the same time offering an avenue to interact with more experienced developers and customers.
