I am a director at Archstone Group/Property Analytix. For nearly 20 years, I have worked as a commercial real estate valuation and appraisal expert in several markets around the world. I started my career in the Western United States as a general certified appraiser and have gone on to earn my MAI and MRICS designations. I have extensive real estate experience having been Executive Managing Director of Latin America for Colliers International, and a valuation adviser to the U.S. State Department. Currently, I own and operate a multi-national consultancy with expertise in real estate valuation domestically and abroad. Archstone Group has U.S. offices in Washington D.C, New York, Houston, Dallas, Portland, and Boise.
