OPTIMIZING THE BUSINESS I am a multitasking, answer getting, goal oriented individual. I do my best work while under pressure. I thrive knowing that the customer is relying on me to solve their problem as efficiently as possible. I strive to find new and inventive ways to not only solve, but prevent issues. I look inside the organization to find ways to improve areas of concern. I seek answers, constructive criticism and feedback from key members of all teams. DEVELOPING OTHERS I developed a training course for the T1 Photo team. I held 3, week long classes, and trained a total of 13 team members. Through this training I was able to utilize planning, time management and public speaking to deliver and coach the classes in time for our busy Christmas holiday season of 2013. GIVING BACK Feed the Children Backpack Program I led the drive in 2018. It was the biggest one time donation that the program had ever received as we were able to supply food for 55 backpacks! Eastern Illinois Food Bank I was a key leader in organizing a food drive for the Christmas holiday seasons of 2011 and 2012. Our department of 150 people donated a combined total 250 pounds of food and over 150 dollars to the Eastern Illinois Foodbank.
