About Ashtynn Trauth

I work in construction, primarily building Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support the transition to cleaner and more reliable energy. I’ve also been involved in solar, minigrid, and substation energy projects, and I’m motivated by the chance to contribute to a more sustainable future through practical, on-the-ground work. I’m a quick learner and naturally curious — I picked up Spanish through immersion while living and working abroad, and the same adaptability helps me understand new construction methods, site logistics, and safety practices quickly. My time spent in Europe gave me a broader perspective on how different regions are approaching the energy transition. I’m especially interested in continuing my career abroad, where there’s strong momentum behind renewable infrastructure and cross-border collaboration. I'm always open to connecting with others in the energy or construction sectors — especially those working toward real-world climate solutions.
