With over 20 years of professional experience, Ashutosh has established himself as a highly skilled and dedicated expert in consulting, government relations, public policy, and strategic project management, particularly within India's Government & Public Sector. Over the past 16 years, he has played a key role in driving digital excellence, public policy reforms, and executing transformative initiatives of the governments in India. Ashutosh has been instrumental in spearheading some high-impact social sector projects, including the Pan-India rollout of the One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC) initiative, which ensured ‘anywhere’ food security for over 800 million people across India. This project became a cornerstone of the AtmaNirbhar Bharat program. He also contributed to the SMART-PDS initiative, a major step in modernizing the public distribution system and supply chain management across 36 states and union territories. Currently a Manager at Deloitte India & South Asia, Ashutosh specializes in e-Governance, digital transformation, and public sector consulting. His experience spans strategic planning, IT governance, policy analysis, and large-scale program management. He has closely worked with senior bureaucrats and decision-makers to implement critical government programs.
