My tenure at Unisnacks is marked by a focus on strategic shipment planning, cost optimization, and enhancing supply chain performance through meticulous schedule planning. Recently, our team launched a Transport Management System, integrating it with existing ERP and WMS to optimize route planning and vehicle utilization.
