About Ashutosh Dhingra

Being passionate for Entrepreneurship brought me to IMPunjab where I work in the Programs and Marketing Team. I am responsible for the coordination and implementation of a couple of programs along with interaction with startups and other stakeholders from the ecosystem. I have also been involved in major marketing initiatives for the past 1 year, leading campaigns and introducing new marketing initiatives. During my short stint at MASH Project Foundation as a Project Associate for their Entrepreneurship Development Programs, I assisted in designing and implementing entrepreneurship-related programs and events with a main focus on Social Entrepreneurship. I have also worked with GAME - Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship as a project associate for their flagship Growtherator Program - The Accelerator Program for SMEs in Punjab. This role helped me a lot in building up my love for businesses and how they operate. The members of the program still act as an inspiration for me. My volunteering experiences span over 3 years with various International Youth organisations such as AIESEC, Rotaract, Girl Up and Sakonsa where I led various departments including operations, marketing and partnership development for the local chapters and assisted the national offices. My love for startups pushed me to start the Entrepreneurship Cell in my college, where we organised various events and programs by building teams and leading them. A podcast enthusiast myself, I have hosted and produced - EDGE OF TEENAGE as a 19-year-old and supported Pritish Sanyal with his THE ONE PERCENT PROJECT podcast's marketing and branding.
