Extensive experience as an investment banking Operations / Technology consultant on projects across asset classes (Fixed income, Equity, OTC Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities). Involved in end to end project delivery lifecycle ranging from regulatory interpretation, consultative discussions, preparing delivery roadmaps, requirements documentation and signoff, delivery / release planning with stakeholders and IT developers, liason with vendors and offshore development teams, driving the test strategy and coordinating go-live. Particular focus since 2009 has been on Regulatory Change programs including MIFID2 / EMIR / Dodd Frank. Have worked as a Business Analyst / SME in lead roles on MIFID2 / Dodd Frank and EMIR change programs at Investment Banks as well as Asset and Wealth Management firms.Competent in accountancy and risk management by way of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) qualifications.Working as a freelance contractor (through a limited company) since Sep 2011 after having worked six years as a business consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions (where deputed to projects at JP Morgan, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley).
