I also played a key role in helping Cepheid GeneXpert establish its Molecular Diagnostics business in India. I also conducted and managed internal and external audits, converted the Voice of Customer (VOC) into sales, and managed customer complaints and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes. Research & Development Experience My technical experience also extends to R&D. I developed and established assays for drug efficacy studies in Cancer Biology at Mitra Biotech.
