With over 20 years of experience in the rubber, polymer, and oil & gas industries, I am a global business growth expert and a strategic leader. I hold an MBA in International Business Management and a BE in Petroleum & Petrochemicals, and I have the knowledge and skills to navigate the complex and dynamic markets in Medical, Hygiene, Textile, Sports & Fitness industry. As the VP of Strategy, working closely with front end & R&D team at Garware Fulflex, I lead the development and execution of the corporate strategy, new product development, key account management, and global business planning. I have successfully driven multiple roles in sales & marketing, Business Development, Product development, and Strategy. I have expanded the business across USA, Central America, EU, MENA, East Africa, and APAC regions, delivering profitable growth and customer satisfaction. I have also contributed to the acquisition due diligence, project management, P&L management, and team management functions, leveraging my cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
