About Ashutosh Rana

Some of my earliest memories involve wandering through my father’s factory — a place full of sparks, machines, and half-finished things that somehow always came together in the end. While other kids were mastering video games, I was busy pestering operators with questions like, “What does this button do?” and “Why does it smell like that?” I wasn’t really helping, but I was definitely learning. At the time, I didn’t realize those noisy afternoons were shaping how I think. I became curious not just about how things are built, but about how they’re imagined in the first place — how ideas turn into objects, how experiences are crafted, and how people interact with what we create. That curiosity followed me through school, where I leaned into marketing, human behavior, and creative thinking. With a family background in business and a growing interest in brand strategy, stepping into Concept & Solutions Metfab Pvt. Ltd. felt less like a decision and more like a natural next step. Today, as Executive Director, I lead our operations and strategic initiatives — overseeing client relationships, financials, product innovation, and national rollouts. Whether it's retail signage, store displays, or full turnkey environments, my focus is on blending execution with insight — making sure everything we build tells a story and works flawlessly in the real world. I still ask a lot of questions — but now, thankfully, they tend to move things forward.
