Hey there! I'm Ashutosh Shinde, and I'm on mission to revolutionize agriculture export! Despite facing some bumps in the road, I didn't let that hold me back. After completing my degree in agriculture engineering, I found myself unsure of the next step. I jumped into all sorts of odd jobs until I stumbled upon my true calling in freight forwarding and logistics. I felt lost for a while. But guess what? Life had other plans for me! It was my academic background in agriculture engineering that sparked my interest in the export industry. So, I took a leap of faith and started The Indian Export Company, aiming to shake up the international market. In the early days, resources were scarce, and I found myself single-handedly managing every aspect of the business due to a lack of capital. Learning the ropes of documentation, registration, accounts, HR, procurement, and quality control, supply chain, sales and marketing was no walk in the park, But you know what? That's where the real magic happens! Through sheer determination and relentless self-motivation, I learned the ins and outs of each department, from documentation to quality control. It's true what they say: when you're starting your own business, you're the captain of the ship, and every department falls under you. And while we're still on that journey of growth, I'm proud to say that we're steadily bettering our position. I'm on a mission to not just build a successful business but to make a real difference in the world of export—redefining the standards of global trade to meet the highest standards of excellence.
