I am Ashutosh Soni, a versatile professional with over a decade of career in operations management and process management & transition. I had the fortune to start my career with GENPACT as Process Associate and was promoted as a Process Developer. Also, I got an opportunity to associate myself with AON Hewitt as Benefits Operations Analyst and Later got promoted to Exp. Benefits Operations Analyst. My efforts have been recognized in form of awards viz."Trailblazers" in 2015 and "Live Our Values" in 2016. Also, I received an appreciation award for completing 5 years of service. Also, Worked with Jain Brother Sanitation Pvt Ltd as Operations Manager, an Indian manufacturing firm of Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink for around 3 years and then switched to NIIT Gurgaon, as Assistant Manager. Worked with NIIT for around a year till Dec 2020. I am known for my ability to coordinate with professionals at all levels across the enterprise to ensure reliable operations as well as to promote business growth. My steep learning curve with the ability to embrace new systems and processes with ease sets me apart from others. Also, I have seamlessly integrated the required skillset into the work-related activities. Being an out-of-box thinker and having the ability to visualize a large picture, I have been able to consistently enhance processes. Hardworking, sincere and dedicated, defines me as an individual. My key strength lies in my ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver desired results as per defined parameters. I look forward to taking up roles with greater responsibilities and creating landmarks.
