Founder & Chairman, Meditech Solutions, a healthcare consultancy started its operations in Feb’2024. End to end solution for Hospitals at large. Currently taking care of several Hospitals in UP and plan to launch its services PAN INDIA. Editor-in-Chief of “Safe Ride” A Monthly Magazine based on Road Safety Practices in India & Abroad, which is now launched in March’2024. Founder, Shubham Soti Foundation where I am working on creating Awareness on Road Safety and Bringing Behavioural Changes in the Society at large. Result oriented and self driven leader with over 30 years of experience in the areas of Project Management, Strategy Planning, Public Relations, Liaison, Protocol & Media Planning. Served as Chief Executive Officer & Director (Media & PR) at Wellsun Medicity, A Multi Speciality Hospital, Lucknow. Served as Public Relations Officer at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences(SGPGIMS) Lucknow since 1989 to January’2020. I also got the opportunity to work outside SGPGI for FIVE YEARS from 2004 to 2008. A chance to learn & perform in completely a diversified area of operations where I established the first BPO of Lucknow and formed an INDO-CANADIAN organization where I was heading the entire operations as “CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER” of the company. A keen strategist, planner and implementer with expertise in devising strategies aimed at enhancing overall organizational growth, sustained profitability of operations and improved business performance. Motivated by internal standards of performance to deliver quality results. An inspiring leader and communicator with strong interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills.
