I am a growth-driven business leader with 12+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education, training, and entrepreneurship. Over the years, I have built and scaled businesses, driven strategic partnerships, and empowered thousands of learners and professionals to achieve their goals. Currently, as General Manager at Jaro Education, I lead high-performing sales teams, design training programs, and spearhead strategic initiatives that consistently deliver results. In the past year alone, we achieved: 75% revenue growth 50% expansion in our customer base 40% improvement in customer satisfaction Beyond corporate leadership, I am also the Founder & CEO of Ignite Dreams, a social-impact venture that digitizes career assessments to bridge the rural–urban gap in education. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Jain University) and an MDP in Leadership from IIM Kozhikode.
