Understand the end-to-end process to identify the changes or updates from the earlier followed best practices II. Changes or updates include feature-enhancements or changes of the tools used in the tax-filing process and improvement in the best practices being followed currently Record any such changes in the local excel sheets or word documents and help the team to develop an updated standard operating procedure (SOP) IV. Extensive usage of MS Paint and Snagit for customizing screenshots as per the standard conventions V. Thorough internal reviews to ensure 100% quality of screenshots VI. Value addition to the process by improving the existing standard operating procedure in terms of grammar, logic and adherence to the screenshots in point of view of a new user VII. Knowledge of tools known – EY Interact, OGM and GTP (Global Tax Platform) Knowledge of tools used extensively – IBM Blueworks, Visio, MS Paint and Snagit Editor I have also completed a bronze level badge in Design Thinking, been actively involved in organizing the Friday fun-sessions for the team and played a vital role in publishing the EY Video during lockdown to showcase the ‘work from home’ challenges faced by employees during the COVID situation and how they overcame them 2. Worked at IQVIA for a period of 2.6 years as a project financial associate. I was actively involved in preparing budgets for clients in the desired manner and help the team realize cash in the given TAT. Additionally, I performed quality checks on budgets and invoices already prepared before they get uploaded on the PeopleSoft server. As a strong team player, I was also actively involved in reviewing budgets sent by clients to make the necessary changes.
