I am a resilient and determined individual. I have trained and worked in various logistics sections in the Royal New Zealand Air Force and New Zealand Defence Force. I have acquired a variety of skill sets from formal training, on the job training, overseas experience, self-directed learning, and undertaking section/organisational capability improvement projects. Over my 10 years of logistics experience, I developed excellent people management skills, excellent time management skills, problem solving skills, ability to engage stakeholders effectively and build positive relationships, ability to pay high levels of attention to details, ability to improve/innovate work process in order to increase productivity and quality, self-directed researching skills, ability to perform competently under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills. My formal qualifications are: Bachelor in Business (Management) from Open Polytechnic NZ Diploma in Business (level 6) qualification I attained an A grade average in my business degree. I have completed Leadership Development Squadron Lead Teams, I'm Lean Six Sigma white belt and green belt certified. I'm a proven leader and able to inspire, motivate, mentor, supervise, measure, and reward the work of my teams. I'm a performance and quality focused leader, and am looking at opportunities to develop my knowledge and experience in order to grow professionally and personally. With mastery gained over business models and management tools from my formal qualification combined with my logistics experience, I can bring my talents, knowledge, and experience to your organisation.
