Ashwin is an experienced risk professional with extensive experience of 9 years across functions like Financial crime Compliance - •Anti money laundering• Enhance Due diligence (EDD) •Customer Identification Program (CIP) •Customer Due Diligence (CDD); Compliance functions, Conduct Risk, Anti Bribery & Corruption, Internal Audit and Risk Management. He has displayed project management skills by primarily leading the assignments, involving discussion with process owners, Senior Management, leadership across the three lines of defence. Currently working as a Senior Consultant within the Risk Advisory Department at Deloitte with exposure in North American and EU/UK regulations. Prior to Deloitte, he was working as an Senior Associate within the UK regulatory department at Kroll INC and has worked in the legal and compliance team at Morgan Stanley India and as a Process Associate with Royal Bank of Scotland (NatWest). Ashwin has completed his Master's from University of Mumbai and holds a professional certification of Diploma in Investment Compliance ( Level 1 - Cleared) which has not only allowed him to specialize in the field of Core compliance and undertake Advisory projects, but his diverse experience in consulting projects allows him to be easily adaptable towards any challenging projects across different industries.
