I've spearheaded significant transformations in my career including expanding the company's largest account by 89% during my tenure as SBU Delivery Head at Cognizant. I've led impactful change initiatives notably - building a culture of collaboration innovation and profitable growth in a workforce that was alienated from the main organization while consolidating operations across diverse offerings that were sub-optimal in size. This was during my stint in the Engineering & Industrial Services unit of TCS. - orchestrating the carve-out of a specialized service line within the Banking and Financial Services Business Unit at Cognizant.
