About Ashwin Datta

Throughout my career I have honed my management abilities and currently serve as a director for two companies. I am adept at solving problems and proficient in prioritizing and managing complex projects. I have significant experience in the real estate sector which I gained through managing a family-owned real estate company called Home One (formerly known as Essarar Foundations). This company which has been around for three decades owns properties across South India including commercial residential and vacant land real estate. Currently I serve as one of the company's directors. My goal is to make a long-lasting impact on people's lives and witness their happiness. At Cornell I plan to work towards this goal by gaining expertise in the development and sustainability concentration. I intend to assist real estate development companies in contributing to economic development further improving society. My extensive experience in professional racing where I've thrived under high-pressure conditions has uniquely prepared me to handle the rigorous demands and fast-paced challenges in real estate development. By blending my passion for racing with my career in real estate development I aspire to enhance the quality of life for people and contribute to societal growth ultimately achieving my goal.
