As a Data Migration and Cutover Lead at Stockland Corporation Limited, I play a pivotal role in complex ERP transformation initiatives by enabling seamless system transitions and ensuring clean, reliable, and governed data at every stage. With 15 years of consulting experience and dual degree in computer applications, I bring deep expertise across legacy and modern platforms. I have hands-on expertise in executing data mapping, ETL activities as well as implementing data governance, cleansing, and validation/reconciliation/integration techniques. I am proficient in migration tools such as ETL Data Services (BODS), SQL, Syniti ADM and SAP Migration tools such as LSMW, Migration Cockpit, LTMC with strong domain knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Human Capital Management, Enterprise Asset Management and Real Estate Management. I also have hands-on exposure to cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce (CRM) and SAP SuccessFactors. I have successfully led five major end-to-end data migration projects, managing full project lifecycles—from planning and execution to delivery while maintaining a hands-on approach across all phases.
