About Ashwin Kamble
I have successfully defended my Ph. D thesis on "Efficient recognition imagined words for patient-friendly communication using EEG signals" at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. Throughout my Ph.D, I created several statistical and machine learning-based systems for silent speech recognition. My current research is aimed at expanding the use of ML-based techniques for silent speech recognition in people with neuromuscular disorders and paralysis. My objective is to advance interdisciplinary research in the field of biomedical engineering and to use the skills I have acquired along the way to bridge the theoretical and practical worlds and enhance the quality of life.
