Duties/Responsibilities-Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning-Handling and supporting HR generalists, HR Operations, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations-Managing the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings-Analyzing trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent-Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees-Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations-Maintaining compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance-Managing a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions-Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors-Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation-Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions-Retaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records through effective Personal files management-Designing and implementing company’s HR policies-Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress through PMS system-Taking Care of Payroll and Labour Compliances like PF, ESIC and Gratuity-Addressing employees’ queries -Knowledge of HRMS like SAP, Taleo, People Soft and Darwinbox.
