I’m a CAE Engineer at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology, where I contribute to the design, development, and performance analysis of next-generation vehicle systems. I hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, one of India’s most prestigious engineering institutes, with strong foundations in simulation, structural mechanics, and computational analysis.My expertise lies in finite element analysis (FEA) using tools like LS-DYNA and HyperMesh, with a focus on crashworthiness, structural strength, and performance optimization. One of my key achievements was automating the material characterization workflow using VBA in Excel, reducing processing time by 80%—a contribution recognized with a Spot Award.Alongside simulation, I’ve built proficiency in Python, VBA, Tableau, and machine learning, which allows me to explore data-driven solutions, develop predictive models, and streamline engineering processes. I’m particularly interested in leveraging ML to enhance design validation, anomaly detection, and simulation efficiency in automotive applications.I thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex problems that sit at the intersection of engineering and data science.
