Regularly optimized the database for performance and ensured data integrity. • API Monitoring & Updates: Monitored API health and functionality, ensuring continuous service with external courier providers. Applied necessary updates when courier API versions were updated, ensuring compatibility and uptime. • Collaboration: Collaborated with the front-end team to integrate backend functionalities into the user interface, ensuring the smooth operation of features like tracking, label generation, and reporting. • Technical Support: Provided ongoing technical support for the project, troubleshooting any system issues, performing bug fixes, and updating the software as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
