Skilled in institution building, government liaising, policy design, and fundraising, with a proven track record of mobilizing resources and scaling innovative models. Currently working with Paniit Alumni Foundation as Operations Lead in Jharkhand. I bring deep operational insight, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and systemic change. Worked with Transform Rural India Foundation as Consultant in the Tribal Welfare Commissionerate, Govt of Jharkhand & supported programs related with Education and Entrepreneurship. Worked as a Specialist in PanIIT Alumni Reach For India Foundation for its Nursing and ITI Kaushal Colleges project. Primary responsibilities included Liaison with State Govt, Business Development and Project Management. Worked as a State Head at IL & FS Skills in Jharkhand, was responsible for execution and management of Livelihood and Skill Development projects of Government. Worked with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India as a Planning Associate in the National Mission Management Unit of SPMRM at New Delhi. Worked with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India as a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow assisting the Deputy Commissioner of Koderma district in Jharkhand. Have particularly worked on and executed projects on initiatives promoting sustainable livelihoods like Placement linked Skills Training, Cluster Development and Tourism Development. Worked with IL & FS CDI as a State Coordinator for Skill Development Projects of the Govt. of India and CSR partners in the states of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Orissa. Had successfully established five Placements linked Skills Training Center in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh for training and placement of rural youth. Also, actively involved in various social service initiatives in Jharkhand as Director of PAHAL which is designated as the Mother NGO by the State Government for Covid relief work and an Elderly Care campaign for Ranchi District.
