As Manager, Environmental Sustainability at Farm Credit Canada (FCC), I lead enterprise initiatives at the intersection of climate resilience, sustainable finance, and value creation, embedding environmental and social considerations into lending, investment, and strategic finance decisions to strengthen risk management while enabling growth and innovation.My career spans engineering, brand management, and sustainability leadership, grounded in a strong commercial and operating foundation. I bring 10+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar P & Ls, launching high-profile sustainability initiatives in the Canadian marketplace, and supporting complex corporate and ag-innovation transactions.I’ve led and influenced large, multi-stakeholder organizations across circularity, packaging, agri-food systems, climate action, and decarbonization, translating ambition into decision-ready frameworks, policy strategies, and investable outcomes. My work focuses on enabling capital deployment, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business and societal impact.Outside of FCC, I serve as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Investment Committee for the 4-H Canada Foundation, stewarding endowment assets and guiding investment strategy in support of youth leadership and the future of Canadian agriculture.
