In a world where people are obsessed with Apple ecosystems (iPhone, Apple Watch, Airpods etc) and Android ecosystems, I am obsessed about a "Learning Ecosystem"! I love to learn! I love it soo much that I dedicated the past decade of my career in creating/facilitating meaningful and relevant development interventions aimed at bringing about a change in behavior and performance. In my early career, I was creating e-learning modules targeted at users from various industries such as Telecom, Oil & Gas, Clothing and Apparel (to name a few). As a Leadership Development Specialist, I am currently involved in creating/facilitating highly impactful development interventions aimed at improving our Caregiver's performance thereby resulting in better patient care and clinical outcomes. I leverage my expertise in learning technologies (LMS and LXP) to create a learning experience that is hyper-customized for every learner. My biggest focus area is creating an "organizational learning ecosystem" that fosters a "culture of continous learning". I beleive that to help others learn I should invest in my own development first.
